No returns allowed on custom or special orders. No returns allowed after 15 days of signed receipt of goods. Returns must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will be charged a 50% return fee of the purchase price. No item will be accepted without first obtaining a return goods authorization number, (RGA) from Hannah's Home Furnishings. If damage has occurred in transit, the claim will be handled by the customer, through the carrier. If the product has a manufacturing defect it will be returned to the manufacture for replacement.
