ABOUT THE PERSIAN CARPET - The Persian Carpet is pleased to offer over thirty carpet designs based upon the late 19th and early 20th century British and American Arts and Crafts traditions. We have been in business over twenty years and are members of the Oriental Rug Retailers Association of America.

Our carpets are hand-knotted in India, using high quality New Zealand wool and Swiss dyes to capture the subtle nuances of color that were present in the original designs. These hand-crafted reproductions are based on the exemplary work of designers such as William Morris, Charles Voysey, Henry Dearle and Archibald Knox. In addition, we have included some of our own designs that we feel capture the spirit of the tradition as it came to be known in America.

Any of these fine carpets would be a welcome compliment in the well decorated Arts and Crafts home or an eclectic contemporary room.
